Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wizley ("Wizley", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to Wizley as a company. It does not govern the separate privacy notices that our platform generates for each agent's own lead funnel, which are published under that agent's business and identity.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and identity information you provide when you sign up or onboard, such as your name, email address, phone number, legal business name, business address, and professional license details.
  • Billing information processed through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Platform data you and your leads generate while using the Services, including contacts, messages, appointments and pipeline activity.
  • Usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected automatically as you use the Services.
  • Communications you send us, including support requests and email correspondence.
  • Device information for notifications if you turn on alerts: a push token that Apple or Google issues for your device, the name of the device, and the app version. It is used only to deliver your alerts.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services;
  • Provision your account, including domains, sending identities, phone numbers, and messaging registrations on your behalf;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates;
  • Provide support and respond to your requests;
  • Monitor, detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract - for example hosting, database, email delivery, telephony, calendar, and payment providers.
  • Registrars and carriers to the extent required to purchase domains and register messaging campaigns on your behalf, using the legal identity you supply.
  • Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Wizley, our users, or others.
  • An AI provider, Anthropic, which processes lead conversations so our assistant can write replies, as described in the next section.
  • Apple and Google, which deliver notifications to your phone using the push token for your device.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

The AI assistant

Wizley includes an assistant that answers and follows up with your leads for you. To write those messages it sends information to an outside AI provider, Anthropic. We ask your permission in the app before the assistant reads any of your leads, and we record your answer with the date and the version of this Policy.

  • What is sent: a lead's messages, their name, and the answers they gave on your form; the business details the assistant needs to write as you; and, if you choose to record calls, the call transcript used to write your notes.
  • What it is used for: writing the reply or the notes, and nothing else. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, it does not use this information to train its models.
  • If you say no: the assistant stays off and never reads your leads. Your forms, texts and follow-up templates keep working. You can change your answer at any time in Settings, Account.

Our phone apps

Our iPhone and Android apps show the same account as our website. If you turn on alerts, your device's push token is stored so Apple or Google can deliver them; it is deleted when you turn alerts off, sign out of the app, or delete your account. The apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell anything inside them. Payment happens on our website.

Data retention and deleting your account

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings, Account, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. When you do, your plan, texting, ads and bookings stop immediately and you are signed out. For 90 days you can ask us to restore the account; after that, your personal information and your leads are permanently erased. We keep only the records the law or card networks require, for as long as they require them, and use them for nothing else: payment and refund records (which include the name and email your payments were made under), the business identity your messages were sent under (your name, licence, brokerage and business address), your leads' texting consent and opt-out records, and a log of changes made to your account. These records still identify you.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including tenant isolation at the database level so that one agent's data is not accessible to another. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such message.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

We operate in the United States, and information we process may be stored and processed there. By using the Services you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
