Here is what you get, how it works, and who is behind it.

What you get

  • A list of homes that match what you asked for: your price range, your area, and the features you want, like an ADU or assumable financing.
  • Price drops on those homes, as they happen.
  • A monthly update on the market where you are looking.
  • Nothing to install and nothing to pay.

How it works

  1. You signed up on a local real estate agent's page.
  2. That agent texts and emails you the listings, in their own name. Some of the follow-up is sent automatically for them.
  3. When you are ready, you book a call with the agent. The agent is the one who helps you buy or sell.

Who Wizley is

Wizley is a software company. It runs the ads and the follow-up for licensed real estate agents.

Wizley is not a real estate brokerage and does not sell homes. Your agent's name and brokerage are on the page you signed up on, and in every message you get.

If a state's law calls for it, the page names Wizley LLC as the company behind the service.
